Unison Industries is dedicated to continuing to make improvements for our customers. We are currently making improvements to shipping methods of new products manufactured in our Saltillo, Mexico facility.
Currently, Saltillo manufactures new harnesses and leads that are shipped to Jacksonville, FL facility for processing and subsequently shipped to US and Overseas customers. Starting July of 2020, these new products will begin to ship to a new location.
For Domestic customers, products will be shipped from Unison’s Saltillo facility to a facility in Pharr, TX, then ship directly to Unison’s US customers. Shipping address is 1300 E Military Hwy. 281 Pharr, TX 78577, USA Dock 26.
For International customers, the products will ship directly from our Saltillo facility to the purchasing customer. Shipping address is Carretera Saltillo-Zacatecas km 4.5, Parque Industrial La Angostura, Saltillo, Coahuila 25315, Mexico. Unison fully expects this new method will help enable the goal of timely delivery and continue to improve customer service by avoiding transit and processing at its Jacksonville, FL facility. Unison is ever striving to fulfil its commitment of high-end customer service, and believes this new process is in line with that commitment.
